3. How long have you been in business? A. We have been serving South Florida for over 15 years controlling ant beds, identifying flying insects, doing fire ant control or spider identification. 4. Are you licensed and insured? A. Yes, we are licensed with the Florida Department of Entomology, and have more insurance coverage than is required by Florida law, even UMBRELLA insurance. 5. Do I have to sign a contract? A. Yes, we do require signed contracts for regular services, this is required by the state department of entomology and pest control for the customer’s benefit in order to solve any problem or dispute. However, you can also stay on an as needed basis and pay for a one time service each time that your home needs to be treated. 6. My friend told me that I need to get my home tented, the non tenting termite treatments do not work! Are you sure that your treatment can solve my issues? A. Yes! There have been plenty of cases that other pest control companies deemed necessary for tenting. Until 5 or 6 years ago, before the new “Termidor Termiticide” was available to the market, injection had a bad reputation because cheap repellent chemicals were used and did not kill the termites as well as the gas. We use Termidor and its unique transfer effect kills the queen even if it is not directly reached by the applicator. Once we make our initial inspection, we treated and gave the clients’ excellent results, for a hugely discounted rate.
