2. But what if I have a problem before he comes?

3. How long have you been in business?
A. We have been serving South Florida for over 15 years controlling over 1000 different species of insects. Identifying flying insects or doing fire ant control or spider identification and things of that nature is what we LOVE to do. As a family owned and operated company, Orange Pest Control is dedicated to providing South Florida residents with the highest level of service and commitment.
4. Are you licensed and insured?
A. Yes, we are licensed with the Florida Department of Entomology, and have more than the minimum insurance coverage required by Florida law, even UMBRELLA insurance which is not mandatory.
5. Do I have to sign a contract?
A. Yes, we do require signed contracts for regular services. This is required by the state department of Entomology and Pest Control and it's for the customer’s benefit in the case of any problem or dispute. However, you can also stay on an as-needed basis and pay for a one-time service each time that your home needs to be treated.
6. My friend told me that I need to get my home tented, the non-tenting termite treatments do not work! Are you sure that your treatment can solve my issues?
A. Yes! There have been plenty of cases that other pest control companies deemed necessary for tenting. Until 5 or 6 years ago, before the new “Termidor® Termiticide” was available in the market, non-tenting injection termite control had a bad reputation because cheap repellent chemicals were used and did not kill the termites as effectively as the gas used in termite tenting. Today we use Termidor®, with a unique transfer effect it kills the queen even if it is not directly reached by the applicator. After our initial inspection, and completion of the non-tenting termite treatments we've been able to provide our customers with excellent results, at a hugely discounted rate.
